| Booking Conditions All prices are inclusive of GST All Accommodation has a minimum 3 night stay during long weekends Villa rates are per couple per night - $45 per extra person Infants up to 18 months - free of charge in Dragonfly Cottage Portacots, high chairs and foldaway beds are available upon request Check-in time is from 2pm and our office is open until 5pm. Should you arrive after 5pm, we can offer a self check-in service Check-out time is strictly 10am, however a late check-out may be available and needs to be arranged prior to arrival Accommodation reservations are confirmed with a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The balance of the payment is due on departure Cancellations with more than 30 days notice will have a $70 fee applied Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit paid (equal to 50% of the total booking amount) All cancellations must be received in writing Please note that a 1% fee applies to all credit card payments |
