| Booking Conditions All prices are inclusive of GST All Accommodation has a minimum 3 night stay during long weekends
All accommodation is booked as self contained and therefore does not include any meals, unless specified at the time of booking Portacots, high chairs and foldaway beds are available upon request Check-in time is from 2pm and our office is open until 5pm. Should you arrive after 5pm, we can offer a self check-in service Check-out time is strictly 10am, however a late check-out may be available and needs to be arranged prior to arrival Accommodation reservations are confirmed with a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The balance of the payment is due on departure Cancellations with more than 30 days notice will have a $70 fee applied Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit paid (equal to 50% of the total booking amount) All cancellations must be received in writing Please note that a 1% fee applies to all credit card payments |
