Canapes Cooking School

Sioban trained as a chef under Neil Perry and worked at Martin Boetz’s Longrain Thai restaurant in Sydney before moving to Tuscany in 2001, where she lived and worked as a chef. Since 2012, Sioban has divided her time between Yallingup, where she owns and operates Wildwood Valley Cottage and cooking school, and Tuscany, where she conducts small, personalised tours.

Sioban is known for her exceptional food service and hospitality, both in her Australian accommodation, cooking schools and her Tuscan tours. In “Creative Canapés,” she shares some of her favourite canapé recipes.

Relax and enjoy expert ‘hands-on’ instruction from the Wildwood team, followed by a delicious feast. Perfect your technique at home with a complete set of take-home recipes. Bring your friends or meet new food enthusiasts. We limit each class to 11 participants and also offer private classes for groups of 11 friends.

The cooking schools include:

• Coffee on arrival
• 4 hours of hands-on practical demonstrations and instruction
• a 5-course feast to celebrate the dishes and their intrepid cooks
• a complete collection of take-home recipes

Please notify us of any food allergies or dislikes when you book so that we can cater for your needs. We do not have a liquor license, so please bring your own drinks to enjoy and share over lunch.

The schools cost $190.00 per person.
All schools are held at Wildwood Valley, 1481 Wildwood Road, Yallingup WA 6282 between 9.45am- 4.00pm.
