Margaret River Bubbles Tour
Last Saturday, the Wildwood Valley girls had a day out with Mark from Margaret River Bubbles Tour. Not all about the bubbles - plenty of opportunity to try lots of wines. We visited a variety of cellar doors - Mongrel Creek, Clairault, Brookwood, Credaro and House Of Cards - all very different. Included was a delicious lunch at Rustico. Finished off with chocolate from Gabriels. Recommended!

Beautiful Ireland!
Our intrepid travelers (and boss!), Sioban , have taken some precious time out from her busy schedule of conducting tours of Tuscany and hosting cooking classes to travel to the home of Sioban’s ancestors, Ireland!
They, along with their children Giacomo and Shanna, have enjoyed visiting gorgeous villages, experienced breathtaking scenery and sampled some great food - especially seafood – in Galway. The only downer? The weather! Oh well, you can’t have everything!
Now it’s back to work for them as they recommence the weekly tours, then it won’t be long until they’re home again in Oz (where at least the weather will be good!)
If anyone ...
Congratulations Vasse Virgin
After two years of legal dispute with Sir Richard Branson, Vasse Virgin have been successful in their bid to keep their name.
A win for the little man!!
If you haven't visited Vasse Virgin, it is well worth it - delicious olive products to eat, and pamper the body.
One of my favourite places.
Augusta Boat Harbour
Cape Leeuwin, the south western point of mainland Australia, has long been famous for its strong westerly winds and huge
swells. For cruisers attempting to circumnavigate Australia, the lack of safe overnight anchorage has long been an issue.
Now, thanks to the Regions for Royalties programmes, Augusta has a new $36 million harbour.
As well as a safe anchorage, the new harbour is also expected to boost whale watching numbers.
